Dr. Ulrike Rücker

Dr Ulrike Rücker advises employers on all matters pertaining to individual and collective labour law. Her specialities lie in consulting on everyday corporate activities, particularly entering into, drafting and terminating employment relationships, implementing personnel measures, drafting and negotiating work agreements and carrying out required legal procedures. Furthermore, she advises and represents employers regarding all matters pertaining to corporate acquisition and restructuring, such as reconciliations of interests, social compensation plan negotiations, downsizing, transfer companies and outsourcing. Dr Ulrike Rücker possesses a wealth of expertise in consulting on establishing and terminating board member and executive employment contracts as well as matters pertaining to collective bargaining and social security law.

Dr Ulrike Rücker was licensed to practise law in 2000, and to practise as a specialist lawyer for labour law in 2005. She is a member of the Labour Law Working Group of the German Lawyer’s Association.
