Igor Rücker advises clients within and outside of Germany in the areas of corporate, civil and commercial law. His consultation specialities lie in company law and corporate transactions – particularly in connection with corporate acquisitions (small and medium-sized), capital participation (private equity), venture capital, joint ventures and restructuring.
Additionally, Igor Rücker advises on all matters pertaining to corporate formation (partnerships and corporations) as well as drafting and amending articles of association.
He also provides support in drafting agreements subject to corporate law. His sector-specific specialities include industry, real estate, service provision, entertainment and sport. Due to his qualifications as a tax advisor and specialist lawyer for tax law, he always takes into account tax considerations related to his other consultation specialities.
