Sina Kalenberger


Sina Kalenberger specializes in intellectual property law, focussing on trademark, design and unfair competition law, as well as copyright and media law. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of the protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.

Further, she specializes in advising IT providers and users on IT and outsourcing projects as well as data protection law. She advises clients on implementing changes necessary due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In addition, she is representing clients in the areas of conflict resolution and litigation. Her focus in this respect is on the enforcement of and defense against claims, whether in extrajudicial negotiations or formal proceedings before arbitration tribunals or ordinary courts.
