ALEXANDER-M. WESSLING

Alexander-M. Weßling advises public contractors on public procurement procedures for the procurement of construction, supply and services. He represents both the public sector in review procedures before procurement supervisory committees, public procurement senates of the German Higher Regional Courts and other review bodies, as well as tenderers on bid-preparation and the enforcement of their rights.

He also advises national and international companies in all areas of business, civil and commercial law. His focus in this respect is on the enforcement of and defense against claims, whether in extrajudicial negotiations or formal proceedings before arbitration tribunals or ordinary courts (litigation).
