DR. MANUEL BRAUN, LL.M.

Dr Manuel Braun advises on all aspects of individual and collective employment and labour law. His consulting specialities lie in standard corporate operations (such as advising employers on entering into, drafting and terminating employment relationships, negotiations with works councils, drafting remuneration models and works agreements and conflict management for avoiding industrial tribunal proceedings) as well as restructuring (such as outsourcing, transfers of operations, reconciliations of interests, social compensation plans and transfer companies) and corporate acquisitions.

Moreover, Dr Braun has a wealth of experience in labour law litigation as well as in supporting employers in conciliation committee proceedings.

Dr Braun received a licence to practise law in 2004, and one to practise as a specialist lawyer for labour law in 2007. He is a member of the Labour Law Working Group of the German Lawyer’s Association.
